STANLEY ROSTKOWSKI Suddenly on November 7, 2005, Stanley passed away at the Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 84. He leaves to mourn, his wife Lucy of 53 years; daughter Patty; son Neil (Debbie); daughter Carol and grandchildren, Alexandria, Dyana and Tristan; brother Charlie and sisters Nellie and Vicki; brother-in-law Nestor and sister-in-law Nettie and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sisters, Catherine, Teenie, Steffi, Jean, Helen and Jennifer; brothers, Paul and Mike and son-in-law Renzo. Stanley was born in Skylake, MB on April 5, 1921. He worked on the farm and later moved to Winnipeg where he met Lucy. They were married on October 25, 1952. Stanley worked at Sullivan Strong-Scott for 35 years and retired at the age of 68. He spent many happy times vacationing with his family and close friends. Stanley enjoyed going to the cottage, puttering, fixing things and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Stanley loved his cats at the lake and at home. We will miss you dearly, Stanley. Funeral service will be held at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church on Monday, November 14 at 10:00 a.m. Private family interment to follow. Flowers are gratefully declined.
